Our home is set in one of Chania’s most charming districts, famed for its stunning 19th-century neoclassical architecture, vibrant cafés, and local-favorite restaurants. With 100 m² of interior living space and an additional 25 m² rooftop loft and terrace, the apartment offers the ideal balance of style, comfort, and convenience for up to 5 guests.
Step inside and you’ll find a clean, contemporary aesthetic—complemented by rare art pieces and designer furnishings. Every space is filled with natural light, creating an uplifting and relaxing environment, whether you're working remotely, unwinding after a day of exploration, or sipping wine under the stars.
The first level (100 m²) features a generous open-plan living and dining area with balcony access. The fully equipped kitchen includes a grill stove, espresso machine, and dishwasher, as well as a second dining space and a back balcony for your morning coffee. Two double bedrooms on this level share a modern bathroom with a glass shower cabin.
