The ground floor consists of comfortable high ceilinged living room with wooden ceiling beams, comfortable sofas,

fireplace, dinning room & a large Smart TV.

The fully equipped kitchen is constitutes a real revelation with the comforts that offer you.

On the same floor there are 2 bedrooms. The first has a double bed and the second 2 single beds (which can turn to 1 double bed) and a WC.

On the second floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a smart TV, a private bathroom and a privacy veranda.

Comfortable mattresses and bedding and high quality cotton linens, fluffy towels and bathrobes, slippers, personal care items and whatever needs a bathroom to make your stay more as comfortable as you can imagine.

At the courtyard of the house there is a barbecue under a cool pergola with an outdoor dining area that have access to lawn space with the palm trees. Also in the backyard there is private overflow swimming pool with the small built- in children's pool and the automatic lighting.
Comfortable sunbeds, umbrellas, outdoor shower beside to the swimming pool complete your comfortable stay and promise you endless time of enjoyment and of tranquility in the natute.

Situated in a key position between the city of Chania and the famous beaches of the area, ideal to explore western Crete.
In a close distance .from highway that crosses the island and just  a few metres from the old highway that connect the town of Chania with the beaches.
The old town and the famous Venetian Harbor is just 5 minutes by car while the nearest beach is 3minutes by car.
Close to house you will find super market, bakery, pharmacy, hospital, gym, bowling, restaurant, cafe, shops, museums, water park, and the park of Agioi Apostoloi, ideal for jogging next to the sea.
At 500 metres there is a bus station that can transfer you at the city center every 15 minutes or at the cosmopolitan beaches like Aptera, Chrisi Akti, Agioi Apostoloi, Kalamaki and at the tourist villages of Agia Marina and Platanias with plenty of taverns and shops and the beautiful beaches, to swim and enjoy your time with sea sports.
