Domaine de L'arbre du magnan - holiday home in southern Ardèche

We welcome you from 4 p.m., and departure is scheduled for 10 a.m.



As the estate is located in the center of the village, we ask you to respect the peace and tranquility of the area.



We provide you with:



- Tea towels, tablecloths, bath mats, hand towels.

- Magazines, hiking and walking guides for the region, as well as tourist information and the calendar of local activities.



The accommodation is also equipped with:



- Garbage bags, sponges, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, cleaning products, laundry detergent, toilet paper.

- Basic food items (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, coffee, tea, etc.), which you should replace before your departure to help future guests.



Bed linen and towels are included.



Cleaning is also included.



You will have private terraces with no overlooking neighbors. You will share with the residents the enclosed 3500 m² grounds, offering ample parking spaces, a pool area (accessible until 9:30 p.m.) with a 54 m² swimming pool and a large furnished pool house, as well as a pétanque court.
