Helt forferdelig hotell, lokasjon og personale!! Betalte for dyreste rommet som var luksus rom med utsikt til lake. Utsikten var mot gaten og ugress. Ingen lake i nærheten av hotellet. Man må kjøre noen minutter før man kommer til Sukhna Lake. Vi ble vist 4 rom vi kunne velge mellom (den ene verre enn den andre) før vi gikk for fjerde rommet. Etter innsjekking oppdaget vi at hele sengen vi skulle sove på var dekket av maur og andre insekter. Det samme gjaldt resten av rommet også. Det var tydelig at rommet ikke hadde blitt rengjort på ganske lenge. Når vi ba hotellpersonellet om å få vasket/rengjort rommet, var de ikke villige til å gjøre det, men tilbød oss heller å bytte rom til et av de andre rommene (som var i verre tilstand). I tillegg følte vi oss ikke trygge der i det hele tatt. Både personalet og nabolaget var skikkelig uhyggelig. Spesielt personalet var svært uprofesjonelle og uhøflige i måten de kommuniserte med oss på. Vi følte oss mer utrygge blant dem enn noe annet. Tilslutt endte vi opp med å sjekke ut og finne oss et annet hotell samme dagen. De nektet fulltstendig å refundere for de to nettene (pluss frokost) vi betalte for, men ikke overnattet. Vår anbefaling er at alle styrer unna dette hotellet, for deres eget beste. Og så håper vi at Hotels.com velger å fjerne dette hotellet fra sin oversikt, siden de lever ikke opp til sin standard på milesvis. Uhygienisk og utrygt!!
