Meadowridge 8022 has three steps in, is multi-level, offers internet access,

and is not pet-friendly. This unit is rated deluxe and sleeps four. Eight

steps down from the entry foyer, you'll find the living room featuring a flat-

screen TV. Important: the wood-burning fireplace is not available for use. The

fully functional kitchen includes a breakfast bar with two stools, and the

dining table seats six.



The primary bedroom offers a queen bed and a TV, while the second bedroom

features another queen bed, a TV, and the second full bath. This unit is ski-

in only (weather permitting) and within walking distance to the trail.



Shuttle service is also available. The deck offers a grand view of the

mountains, and there is no gas grill available for guest use. Meadowridge is

conveniently located on the mountain in the Villages community. Parking is

guaranteed for one car per unit, possibly two cars depending on location, with

plenty of overflow parking available onsite within the communities.



All homes include whole-house air conditioning, a washer/dryer (laundry

detergent not included), an iron/ironing board, expanded cable in the living

room, a dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens (shampoo not

included), and a fully functional kitchen. Also included are paper towels,

trash bags, and toilet tissue. This unit has access to the tennis and

basketball courts during the summer months. There is no access to community

pools; however, all condo guests are welcome to utilize the resort's main

indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs (reservations required).



The Villages is comprised of 5 different communities including

Woodridge/Meadowridge/Sunridge/Stonegate/Stoneridge. They are all located in

close proximity to Seven Springs Mountain Resort. The homes range in size from

a cozy 1-bedroom to expansive 4-bedrooms where you are sure to find the

perfect fit to enjoy everything Seven Springs in the Laurel Highlands has to

offer.



All condo rental homes offer whole house air conditioning, washer/dryer

(laundry detergent not included), iron/ironing board, expanded cable in the

main living room, dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens

(soap/shampoo not included), and a fully functional kitchen that includes:

utensils/cookware/flatware and paper towels/trash bags/toilet tissue.



In the summer months, there are tennis/basketball courts, and two community

outdoor pools available on a per unit basis.



_**(NOTE : Not all Villages homes allow community pool access to rental

guests.)**_ However, all resort condo rental guests are welcome to utilize the

resort's main indoor/outdoor pools. During the winter months, select condo

rentals in various communities are ski-in/ski-out _**(WEATHER PERMITTING)**_.

All communities offer shuttle service year-round to the main resort.



Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit, possibly two cars depending on

location. However, there is plenty of overflow parking available on site

within the communities.
