We had a wonderful stay at the Best Western University Inn in Champaign! The room was spotless and very comfortable, and the hotel itself felt quiet and peaceful — perfect for a relaxing night’s rest. The staff were friendly and communicated clearly from check-in to checkout, making everything easy and pleasant. Breakfast was a highlight — great variety, fresh options, and plenty of seating. The location is also convenient, close to the university and nearby restaurants. Overall, a clean, quiet, and well-run hotel with excellent service and value. We’d definitely stay here again!

Negative check in experience. Could not understand the check in person due to very very poor English skills. Needed to use the printer hooked to the computer provided by the hotel. Printer did not work and the staff could have cared less. Not sure they understood me. Said to email an address and give them the material to print out. Major security risk. I declined
