Ideal for cycling (bike path and bike repair shop less than 1 km away), hiking, fishing (Champagney Basin), and skiing (Planches des Belles Filles, Ballon d'Alsace). Close to Alsace, Switzerland, and Germany (Territoire de Belfort, Doubs, Jura). Shops and village center nearby. At the edge of the woods, a path leads to the gravel pits, ideal for walking or cycling; the site also includes a swimming area.

The spacious and welcoming bedrooms are designed for your relaxation. The cottage has two fully equipped kitchens, perfect for preparing delicious meals that you can enjoy in the enclosed garden, around a barbecue.
Small pets are accepted upon request (dogs, cats, etc.).
Bicycles are also available for your use during your stay. Bicycles are provided free of charge and are used entirely at the user's own risk. The owner accepts no responsibility in case of accident, loss, or damage.
Only one small pet is allowed (dog, cat, etc.).

IMPORTANT: If using the barbecue, please take care of it and clean it after use. In case of improper return (dirty barbecue), a deduction of twenty euros will be made from the security deposit. No open fires or charcoal barbecues allowed! Fully equipped, detached house on two floors, accommodating up to 10 people:

4 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with a capacity of 2 people each and 2 bedrooms with 3 people each) with 6 single beds (90x190cm) and 2 double beds (140x190cm and 160x200cm).

The cottage is offered on an all-inclusive basis: bed linen, towels, beds made upon arrival, utilities, and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the price.

However, out of respect for the property and for the smooth running of subsequent stays, guests are asked to: empty the rubbish bins at the end of their stay, wash and put away the dishes neatly, follow the recycling guidelines, and report any breakage or damage.
Failure to comply with these basic rules will result in a deduction from the security deposit.

Electricity is charged extra based on consumption and meter reading (15 kWh included per day, €0.21/kWh thereafter).
The all-inclusive rate includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash), heating, and electricity with reasonable consumption. If the cottage is heated by electricity, you have 15 kWh per day included (any excess will be charged on-site to the hosts).

If waste is not sorted correctly, the owner reserves the right to deduct €15 from the security deposit.
