Quiet mountain cottage, 15 minutes from downtown, 2 minutes to the bus stop

Log chalet (Swiss style) of 90 m2 on 3 floors. One entrance on the first floor, another through the loggia. 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer in the technical room. Located 15 minutes walk from the town centre you will avoid the recurring problem of parking in Chamonix. The Bois du Bouchet is 3 minutes away. In winter, you can put on cross-country skis there 5 minutes after leaving the chalet. In summer it is the starting point for many walks or bike rides. If you prefer swimming, fitness, weight training, etc. the sports centre is barely further away. To reach the ski lifts located all along the valley, there is nothing like public transportation. There is a bus stop 2 minutes from the chalet. As for the view: the Brevent and the Aiguilles Rouges on the right, the Mont Blanc chain on the left.
The only thing I can't guarantee is the weather!

Séjour de 1 semaine, avec enfants de 4 et 7 ans.Un hôte très chaleureux et disponible.Un chalet charmant, avec une superbe vue sur les montagnes et plusieurs petits coins terrasse et jardin très agréables (présence de transats et petite balançoire avec zones ombragées).À peine 1/4 h de marche pour accéder au centre-ville, au train de Montenvers ou aux Planards où les enfants ont adoré faire de la luge d'été et autres jeux extérieurs.En résumé, nous avons eu un vrai coup de cœur pour l'accueil, le lieu et les alentours, je recommande vivement!
