The room, breakfast and location were very good. The room appeared dark as there was not enough light in the sitting area. There should be more information about the two most visited sights - the mont blanc and the mer de glace. They could easily show the live webcams on their lobby tv sets.SPA was very good.

We definitely enjoyed our stay but it was a shame that the Spa facilities are across the main road and not in the same building as the hotel and the pool is not heated. We also unfortunately had quite smelly drains in our room.

Perfect for exploring Chamonix & the surrounds

Really beautiful hotel, right in the centre of Chamonix and perfect for exploring. The rooms comfortably fit a family of 4 including a cot. The pool and spa area was lovely, and I imagine would be especially fun during the winter months. Wish we had been able to stay another night.

This is a great hotel. Very nice and clean with many amenities. They stored our luggage during our 8 day trek around My Blanc. When we came back from hike our room was ready and this hotel was prefix to recharge our bodies after a gruelling 8 day hike. Would love to come back.
