The hotel is perfectly situated within walking distance of the pedestrian walk in Chamonix. Our room was well appointed including a balcony overlooking the mountains. The Spa was clean and comfortable and a great way to relax. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

We loved our stay. The room and all facilities, including the spa, were clean. Staff were all friendly and helpful. We only had the breakfast one day, but it was great, lots of choice and not bad value given the prices in Chamonix. We absolutely loved being able to nip down to the spa every evening and relax following active days. We loved the balconies with gorgeous views. The location was great. We parked in the public parking next door and walked to everything during our stay. We would definitely stay again.

Room was spacious and cleaned daily which was nice. The pool area was lovely to come back to each day. Little things like no conditioner in the bathroom, no mini fridge or milk, despite having a coffee machine, would make a difference. The balcony was lovely to sit out on in the late afternoon.

Pros - Best breakfast in a hotel I’ve had in a while Easy check in (luckily room was ready for early check in) Clean spa facilities Great location near everything you need for a stay in Chamonix Cons Terrible pillows had a back ache every morning No fridge in rooms Kids in the spa took away from the relaxing element (did have adult only hours but perhaps if more were added throughout the day) Would definitely stay again despite the pillows and overall had a lovely stay.
