Terrible experience !Staying in this apartment was a nightmare!I chose it because it had a terrace, but when I arrived I found out it was tilted forward maybe the building is old and when it snows it could collapse , so I could never sit outside.The fixtures were old and the door lock didn’t work well.I asked the agency some things that I needed ,such as a fun for the master bedroom that was hot in August and a lighter blanket, but they did nothing.Before I arrived they asked me to pay the tourist tax that was unfair because you have to pay at the end of the stay considering that something could be wrong and you couldn’t stay all the time you thought.The armchair was dirty with a lot of mites and the radiator full of dust.When I went to the agency to return the keys the woman at the desk attacked me saying I didn’t clean the kitchen that was fake because I left the tableware washed on a cleaned top and she hadn’t seen well the pictures on her smartphone that the cleaning team sent her in the meantime I left the apartment and I went to the agency!
