Incredible super home
Pros: Very nice house. Incredible views like nothing you have seen. Huge w move theater, game room, lap training mini pool, sauna… you name it. The photos dont do it justice.
Cons: I took a star or two off because I felt the camera on the rear deck provided less privacy than I prefer. The rear deck is second floor with no stairs. It is directly above the deck eating table mostly looking at back yard, but would be expected to have a microphone. It is also looks pannable and capable of looking in the home, which may be against holidu TOS. For me, cameras on private rental properties other than the front door are a personal annoyance. It may not bother you.
Also, the owner checked us in with a lengthy 20-30 min orientation. This meant coordinating our arrival, rather than just checking in after a certain time which is less convenient. f you prefer this, I suppose it may be a positive for some. But I wonder how comfortable the owner feels renting the property with its advanced features. We have rented dozens of homes, but this is our first time an owner wanted to meet us at the start.
Other than these two issues, the home is very impressive.
