Rooms were ok except no pullout bed for noted 3rd person which was in every suite couch in our many hotels this week. Tried to trade rooms but clerk refused to do it. Not included in this 1 bedroom suite with kitchen and liv rm. NO hand towels or washcloths at all. Mediocre breakfast. Nobody answered phone when I tried to reserve thru them.

The pool was so cold that we couldn't swim, so, we tried the hot tub. Jets weren't working and there was clearly a bucket load of sand and debris at the bottom. Everything in the pool/spa area was filthy. All should be aware that they do NOT have an elevator. If you get a second floor room you are on your own to haul stuff up and down. In our room,
