We had the worst room possible thanks to Expedia holes in the walls ceiling peeling off very noisy kids in the pool, a pool side room we paid extra for it came with chairs at our back door over looking the pool but alway taken by pool people that were not hotel guests and the boom, boom, boom 5:00am exercising above our room banging on our ceiling no sleep was not a vacation! Stay away from room 104

Not so good. We were passing through. Room would not cool. Outdated room. Shampoo bottle solution smelled of sewer. Mold on shower. Ceiling vents and lights off. Cobwebs. Feet black after use. Paid extra for river room but bust.

I would not recommend staying here. Our room was very outdated and dirty. The AC unit rattled so loudly that I could barely sleep and it was too hot out to turn it off. The carpet in our room felt very very very dirty on your feet. The carpet seemed “sticky” like it had not been cleaned in years. I would have probably gotten a better sleep sleeping in my vehicle in the parking lot. There was a large loud party going on outside causing it to the very loud until around 2am. The front desk receptionist had absolutely no hospitality at all. He was blasting loud heavy metal music on his phone when I walked in. When I was checking in, he did not turn it off or even turn it down. He said very little to me and did not explain anything. The receptionist literally said “please sign here” and he handed me my room key and said “up the stairs and to the left.” That was it. That was all that he said to me during my entire check in. I felt like I was staying at a $40 a night run down hotel. My wife and I were just staying the night as we were traveling through the area and needed a quick rest. I am not picky when it comes to finding a quick place to rest while driving long distances, but I regret spending my money and staying here. Before booking, I did see some recent negative reviews, but just thought to myself “oh those people are just being picky” as the photos looked nice. I was wrong. I experienced all the same negative issues that the others have recently. Stay elsewhere.

Hotel/resort is dated. Our room was right out of the 80s. Overpriced. The location is great being right on Missouri River. Refrigerator and AC very loud and clearly old. Didn’t use pool or workout room.
