This 75 m² cottage consists of a ground floor and a split-level, unoverlooked, adjoining the owners' home. It includes 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds), a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge with a large-screen TV, DVD player, fiber optic Wi-Fi, as well as a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
Comfort is enhanced by underfloor heating, a central vacuum system, mosquito nets, quality bedding, and the use of natural materials: earth-based paint, hemp insulation, and natural linoleum flooring in the bedrooms.
Outside, there are two private, unfenced plots of land measuring 600 and 800 m², where children can have fun, safely sledding in winter. No traffic passes through, as the road ends at our property.

In summer, hikers can walk the GR3, enjoy the trails created by the owner on Visorando, and the vast summer pastures of the Livradois-Forez National Park. The village is 2.5 km away, where you can discover local specialties such as sourdough bread or the famous blueberry tarts.
This cottage has been renovated using eco-friendly materials such as hemp and rigid wood fiber for insulation, plastering, earth pigments for painting, and the removal of carcinogenic substances.
