The staff were great! The room I booked said mountain view. There's no mountain view. The carpet was pretty gross. I wore flip flops the entire time. But if you're looking for a place to sleep that allows pets, this place works.

We stayed here some years ago and I remembered it as dated but pleasant and clean. This time it was distinctly grubby. When we checked into our room the bed was unmade, obviously not serviced. Called the front desk and was immediately’upgraded’ to a nearby room with king bed. The room was so dark we couldn’t see to unpack so I tried to open the slats on the wooden window blind. The whole blind crashed to the floor. The table in the room had a broken pedestal, wobbled so badly it was unusable. The carpet was dirty and stained and there was visible grunge in the corners. With all that though the staff was very friendly and the price was good.

The room was nice clean fairly spacious. I got the master suite with the hot tub. The hot tub is in like a separate room which is fine. The room was kind of outdated but cabin style, so I guess it was fitting.

It was a typical small town Idaho hotel. Nothing fancy but it was clean and the friendliest people. Check in was super easy. Great place great food

Our reservation was canceled around the time we arrived on site to check in! We were in the wilderness area of central Idaho where cell phone coverage was spotty and they had tried to contact us via email earlier in the day to say there was a problem with the payment method (the card had been canceled due to an illegal swipe ~ 10 days earlier). But we had a valid card(s) when we showed up at the hotel. We ended up having to drive 3 hours to our home. Upon review the day after, I see their attempt to contact us earlier the day of the invalid card problem (1:10pm), but a cancelation email around the time we were ON SITE (8:29pm)! If you book here, buy trip insurance.

Reminded me of one of the hotels that were plentiful along the highway years ago. Nothing fancy but comfy beds. Only place opened to eat was the diner but the food was good. The husband and wife that ran the place were very nice
