This beautiful four-floor residence is part of the complex of luxury apartments. It has a private internal elevator, large balconies and is located in a quiet neighborhood, on the dead end of two streets, with an orientation and a view to northern Evia island.

The lower floor of the house is an independent studio with its own entrance. It is connected to the rest of the house via the internal elevator. It's a single open space with a sitting area, two sofas (one sofa-bed). It has a large, fully equipped utility kitchen with a dishwasher that serves the home's outdoor BBQ. This space also has a bathroom with a built-in shower and and a washing machine.

In the BBQ area you will find a terrace with a large outdoor dining area.

The main entrance to the house is on the first floor. This floor has an open layout with a fully equipped main kitchen, a dining table and a large living room with a comfortable sofa, smart TV & Xbox . The first floor has a balcony with a view of the neighborhood, the olive groves and the northern Evia island.

The internal elevator or stairs will take you to the 2nd floor where you'll find two spacious bedrooms with comfortable double beds and large wardrobes. Each bedroom has its own balcony, while the bathroom on this floor has a bubble bath.

The main bedroom is on the top floor (loft). This bright and cozy space has a large built-in double bed. The room has a private bathroom (en suite) with a shower cabinet. The loft has an extra sleeping mattress. This room is only accessible via the internal staircase.
