Gîte des Bois du Charme: Immersion in Nature and Disconnection



Enjoy a peaceful stay on the edge of the forest, less than 5 minutes from Chalais and close to Aubeterre-sur-Dronne, a listed village with a beach. You will love this beautiful Charentaise farmhouse and its terrace offering panoramic views under a century-old lime tree. In this haven of peace and nature, disconnect and relax during your stay.



This house allows everyone, young and old, to find their own space for tranquility. Its coolness in summer is especially pleasant. Recharge and create unforgettable memories with family or friends around a plancha.



In keeping with the eco-friendly spirit of the gîte, the property is equipped with two self-managed dry toilets: guests are responsible for emptying the buckets, with instructions provided on site.



The gîte features 5 large bedrooms, including a master suite with a spacious room furnished with a child’s bed and a double bed, a dressing area, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and two separate self-managed dry toilets. Bed linen and towels are provided.



A ping-pong table and a plancha are also available.



Children have their own area: a desk with drawing materials, a non-connected TV with DVD player and a wide selection of DVDs, a library of children’s literature, music on a record player, many board games for all ages, and pretend play items (play kitchen, Playmobil, Kapla).



Electricity is available for an extra charge beyond a daily consumption of 13 kWh from October 1 to March 30.
