Located in the historic semi-pedestrian quarter of Chaillevette, this charming 60 sqm vacation home welcomes up to 5 guests in a renovated 1870 fisherman's house. You will find 2 separate bedrooms with a double bed on the ground floor and 2 single beds plus 1 additional single bed upstairs. The private fully-equipped kitchen features a refrigerator-freezer, microwave, 2 ceramic cooking plates, electric oven, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. Amenities include private WiFi, TV, private grill, baby bed, and highchair.



Step outside to your private garden terrace with outdoor furniture and grill, perfect for enjoying meals in the peaceful, sunny surroundings.



Shared street parking is available nearby. Up to 2 pets are welcome under certain conditions, and events are not allowed on the property. Please note this gîte has small steps throughout due to renovation conditions. A tennis court is accessible within a 15-minute walk, and you will find yourself just 15 minutes from the beaches with local shops including bars, seafood restaurants, and tobacco shops within walking distance of this typical village with 2 oyster farming ports.
