A former factory that we have renovated, located in the heart of the Côte d'Or, 5 minutes from Pulligny-Montrachet and Rully, and 15 minutes from Beaune, on the Route des Grands Crus.

Located in Chagny, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this little haven of peace will charm you with its magnificent, typically Burgundian stone building.

It offers spacious, bright rooms and ample sleeping capacity (15 people).

It features a garden with a SWIMMING POOL and a large parking area, all exclusively for your use.

This rental is ideal for gatherings with family, friends, or for a seminar.

The market, bakery, butcher, fishmonger, and more are just a 3-minute walk away.

The town of Chagny, just a stone’s throw from the cottage, offers the “Voie Verte” and “Voie Bleue” trails, allowing you to explore our beautiful region in various ways.

Logement très spacieux. Les 3 douches individuelles dans la salle d'eau sont très appréciables.Seule petit bémol pour l'escalier qui est raide et manque une rampe (celle qui est présente n'est pas adaptée).Nous recommandons ce logement.

Un Noël familial réussi à Chagny

Gite très agréable ou nous avons passé des fêtes de Noël inoubliables grâce aux délicates attentions de notre hôte Maxime, merveilleux sapin de Noël, maison bien décoré et agencé où nous avons manqué de rien. Un grand merci à Maxime et bravo pour ce gite !
