Cézens Vacation Rental

Chalet located in the heart of the Regional Natural Park of the Volcanoes of Auvergne and the valley of Brezons. Semi-detached house to another cottage. Completely renovated in 2017.
You will benefit from a wooden terrace with a table for lunch as well as a garden with children's games and a table with seat and barbecue for a moment of relaxation.

On the first floor, living room with wood insert, dining room with integrated kitchen area, games room, shower room with toilet.
On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 1 single bed and 1*2 bunk beds, bathroom, separate toilet.
Pellet heating on the first floor and electric heating upstairs.

Prices all charges included. Sheets and towels provided. Baby equipment available.

Shops and services 12 km away in Pierrefort. Cross-country skiing centre in Cezens. Gîte 5km from the resort of Prat de Bouc. Direct sale of local products in the surrounding farms (cheese, meat, ..). Near the Truyère gorges you can fish but also relax on the various beaches.
You like walking and cycling, many hiking trails all around the cottage. You can leave the cottage on foot or by bike to discover exceptional sites. Possibility of garage for bicycles and motorbikes.
From May, a swimming pool shared by the 2 cottages will be available.
There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. The bathroom has a bathtub and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a desk and a microwave.

Une semaine familiale (grands-parents, parents et enfants) particulièrement agréable dans un local spacieux avec piscine contigüe parfaitement tempérée, local environné de prés et bois propices aux ballades ou joggings. Gite situé idéalement pour la découverte d'une partie du Cantal montagneux avec plein de surprises variées à découvrir dans divers villages alentour.Propriétaire de bon conseil et discrète.A recommander sans réserve !

Un séjour parfait !Nous avons passé un fantastique séjour dans ce logement. L'endroit est magnifique, très propre et bien aménagé. Un vrai havre de paix : le logement est extrêmement calme et parfaitement insonorisé, ce qui permet de vraiment se reposer et de déconnecter.Un grand merci à nos hôtes pour leur accueil. Ils se sont montrés très disponibles et réactifs tout en restant d'une grande discrétion durant notre séjour, ce que nous avons énormément apprécié.Nous recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés et nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Maison au calme et au vert

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié nôtre séjour, la maison vient d être refaite à neuf et est très bien équipée. Les environs sont très jolis. Idéal pour 2 ou 3 familles.

Bon choix!

L'hôtesse est disponible et accueillante. Le gîte est spacieux, confortable et bien équipé. Les alentours proposent des randonnées pour tous les niveaux.
