A unique, 27 m² furnished studio, standing alone in the center of a large garden. Close to the town center with shops within walking distance. Peace and privacy guaranteed. The Perche region is a popular tourist destination in the summer, with a nearby pond, hiking trails, a swimming pool, and mini-golf. Sleeps 2 on twin beds (90 x 190) or one large bed by pushing the two together. We have a high chair and a folding bed with sheets and a mattress. Two bicycles are available.
