Free Parking in a well maintained hotel.

From my point of view this is primarily a business hotel. But, if you are traveling with a car and need a place to sleep the night near Rennes, this is a very good pick. It is very empty on the weekend and the rates are low and parking is secure and free. There are several restaurants and a monoprix of the far side of the big traffic circle. But, the only other attraction in the area might be the University of Rennes main campus.

La pire literie d'hotel depuis des années

Chambre 214, une literie déplorable où les 2 matelas qui constituent le "grand lit" sont tellement avachis au centre que le lit est comme un livre ouvert : 2 matelas en pente et un trou au milieu ; je défie quiconque de bien dormir dans ces conditions. Le problème est visible à l'oeil nu et a forcément été constaté par le personnel de ménage.

Un doute sur la propreté du drap plat qui était plein de miettes et poussière noire. Une forte odeur d’égout dans la chambre provenant de la salle de bain. Arrivée dans la chambre avec une température de 14/15 degrés, il fesait très froid. Mon mari s’est brûlé sous la douche l’eau était vraiment trop chaude.

Personnel agréable et service rapide. Repas au restaurant très correct. Il manque un bar digne de ce non pour boire un verre et se relaxer (il n'y a qu'un petit comptoir face au front desk). Pour la chambre, ampoule de bureau HS, bureau face à la fenêtre donc conditions de travail peu confortables. Chauffage (clim soufflante) un peu bruyant

Chambre confortable mais petit-déjeuner dévalisé le matin à 9h30 un dimanche (suite au « passage d’une équipe de sportifs », soit) : plus de pain, ni de viennoiseries, pas même quelques biscottes ! Au moment du paiement nous nous attendons à un geste commercial (1 petit-dejeuner sur 2 offert par exemple) mais on ne nous accorde que 10% de remise sur 1 petit-déjeuner soit… 99 centimes ! No comment.
