Otel Alaçatı çarşının içerisinde. Her yere yakın güzel bir konumda bulunuyor. Gittiğimiz sezon itibari ile sakindi ve çok fazla ses yoktu ama yaz sezonunda sokağın sesi ve çevre işletmelerin müzik sesleri rahatsızlık verebilir, kişisine göre değişen bir durum. Kahvaltısı da gayet yeterli ve iyiydi. Çalışanlar da gayet yardımcıydı.

C'est un petit hôtel vraiment très mignons à faire en couple ou même en famille. Accueil juste au top. Tout le personnels est juste formidable très souriant très accueillant à l'écoute de toute demande. Absoluement satisfait. On y retournera.

My stay at Zen has been the best experience ever staying at a hotel, the decoration, the location, the food, the people are amazing, they went above and beyond to provide the best service ever provided to me. I met the owner, and he arranged a reservation for a great beach club, as well as for an airport transfer, please do yourself a favor and stay at this lovely hotel, and be ready to be treated like royalty!

Selamlar, 2 haziran 2019 tarihinde kredi kartından ödemesini geçip 2 oda 5 yetişkin için rezervasyon yaptım.7 haziran 2019 da Zen Oteli akşam aradım,rezervasyon da problem olmadığını söylediler. 8 haziran 2019 günü saat 15.45 gibi arayıp odamı başka birisine sattıklarını belirttiler.Başka bir pansiyona yönlendirdiler.Zor durumda kaldık,ŞİKAYETÇİYİM.
