The Personal was very nice! Especially nice man at the night shift! He helped us with a lot of small things and was very polite and smiling all the time. (WiFi and AC was not working and he fixed it in an instant also helped with a sick child) Thank you so much!

Odanın temizliği vasattı nem ve rutubet fazlaydı çarşaflar her zaman nemliydi. Personel sadece anahtar verdi hiç bilgi verilmedi. Günlük temizlik yapılmadı , tuvalet kağıdı askısı kırıktı . Otelin yeri aileye uygun değildi . Aileler kesinlikle tercih etmemeli , resimlere aldanmayın , havuz küçük ve kullanışsız . 2 günü zor geçirdik

İyi olan tek şey ile başlamak istiyorum. Odamız ve otel genel olarak temizdi. Fakat otele girişimizden itibaren daha ilgisiz olunamazdı. Girerken resepsiyon veya bir resepsiyon görevlisi yoktu. Hatta kimlik sormayı unutup, odaya girdikten sonra kimliğimizin fotoğrafı çekildi. Bar kısmında içki benzeri hiçbir şey yoktu. Yan odamızın misafirleri gece 04.30’da başlayarak inanılmaz sesler çıkardığı için hepimiz uyandık. Resepsiyon görevlisini (!) aradım ve uyarmasını istedim. Kapılarını sadece 2 kez tıklattı kendileri kapıyı açmayınca da uyarıda bulunmadan gitti. Sese bir süre daha katlanmak zorunda kaldık. İnanılmaz bir ilgisizlik. Telefonda konuşurken zaten memnuniyetsizliği sezebilirsiniz. Check-out yaparken de ne memnun kalıp kalmadığımız soruldu ne başka bir şey. Genel olarak aşırı ilgisiz, somurtkan bir işletme. Ilıca plajına da yürüme mesafesinde değil. Biz araçla gelmiştik sorun olmadı, fakat bilginize. Bir adet housekeeping görevlisi her şeye yetişmeye çalışıyordu. Umarım kendinizi geliştirirsiniz.

Kısa süreliğine kalmış olsakta otelden oldukça memnun kaldık. Otel dinlenmek açısından çok iyi olup huzurlu , sakin ve sessiz ortamı tercih edenler için gayet ideal.
