Otel en başta dizayn ve konsept olarak dikkatimi çekmişti, ancak kaldığımda otelin temizliği, personelin ilgisi, olanaklardan çok memnun kaldım. Kahvaltısı tek kelimeyle harika ve çok çeşitliydi. Havuz boyutu yeterli büyüklükteydi, havuz başında oturum hem ergonomik hemde keyifliydi. Kendinizi yurt dışında gibi hissettiğiniz bir atmosfer.

Öncelikle hotels uygulamasına teşekkür ederim , en iyi fiyatı sağladıkları için . Otel olağanüstü avluya sahip gecesi , gündüzü ayrı ışık seli . En uygun odayı tutmamıza rağmen oda çok iyi dizayn edilmişti, temizdi . Kahvaltı continental yazmasına rağmen ; serpme kahvaltısı tadındaydı , başarılı ve doyurucuydu . İmkan olursa tekrar tekrar kalmayı düşünürüz.

Turizmci biri olarak hayatım otellerde geçti, muhteşem dizayn, odaların şıklığı tüm detaylara özenilmiş. Başta otel sahibini olmak üzere tüm çalışan ve emek verenlere teşekkür ederim. Yeni açılan İtalyan restoranındaki tüm ürünleri deneme fırsatım olmadığı için pişmanım, bidahaki sefere hiç otelden çıkmayı düşünmüyorum :)

Otel genel olarak temiz, sakin, lokasyonu iyi ve odalar konforlu. Ancak konaklamamız rahatsız edici başladı. Web sitesinde yetişkin oteli olduğuna dair hiçbir ibare yer almıyor. Politikalara baktığınızda ise çocuk kabul edilmediği kesinlikle belirtilmemiş. Otele check in yaptıktan sonra yetişkin oteli olduğu soyleniyor. Otel oda kahvaltı ancak kahvaltı yetersiz. Omlet talep ettiğinizde 1 adet yumurta ile servis edebileceklerini soylediler. Kahvaltıda içecekler ekstra ucretli. Konaklamamizin faturasını talep ettim ancak ne Hotels.com ne de otel faturayı iletmedi. Vergi kısmı bence en vahim durum çünkü kamusal bir suç..

Merkezi ve kaliteli

Otele girişte karşılanmamız kaliteliydi. Çift suitlerinde kaldık. Oda tasarımı ve temizliği üst düzeydi. Tuvaletteki musluk odada bozuktu ama söylediğimizde hemen düzelttiler. Kahvaltı servisi beş yıldızlı otel kıvamına yakındı. Çarşıya ve mekanlara yakın kaliteli ve nezih bir otel arayanlara tavsiye ederim.

Çeşme sezonu olmadığı için tabii ki otel boştu ve sezon havasını vermiyordu. Ama çalışanlar ve bizimle ilgilenenler çok sıcakkanlı güleryüzlü iyi insanlardı. Otelin dekorasyonu ve ortamı çok şık, Fas Marakeş ambiansında. Otel odalarının içerisinde dolap olmamasını garip buldum. Son çıkarken de filtre kahve için ek ücret alınmasına şaşırdım... bunun ek ücret olduğu da söylenmemişti. kahvaltıda filtre kahvenin lüks olması ve ek ücret talep edilmesini - ki zaten otelin gecesine normalin üzerinde bir fiyat veriyorken - doğru bulmadım. Ama genel olarak çok memnun kaldık. Kahvaltısı harikaydı.
