The natural swimming pool is a small eco-sustainable lake, with a bathing area surrounded by aquatic plants and flowers that purify the water naturally. The absence of chemicals and chlorine makes the skin velvety without damaging its balance.

Each of the only four apartments has an independent entrance, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, equipped kitchen, living room and private garden. Their careful renovation has kept the original structure unchanged.

Apartment Tower for 6 people is an apartment located in one of the oldest parts of the villa, the tower, dating back to the medieval period and spread over three floors.
On the ground floor a living room with fireplace, dining room with large fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.
On the first floor a double bedroom with private bathroom with tub and TV room with sofa bed.
On the second floor two more double bedrooms with shared bathroom. Outside, for the exclusive use of the apartment, a private garden equipped with table, chairs and umbrella and with a spectacular view of the Chianti hills and San Gimignano!

Ours is an exclusive destination of the “Destination Charging Tesla” and “Destination Charging Porsche” programme, this means that our guests with a Tesla, Porsche or any other brand vehicle can recharge their batteries for free during their stay.
In fact, we have five universal Type 2 charging stations for recharging any brand and model of electric car or plug-in hybrid.
Recharging is reserved for our guests with 100% electric vehicles and the electricity comes 100% from certified renewable sources. There is a small "charging fee" on the first charge.
