Mold ceiling and mold in the bathroom. Dirty mattress. The room I stayed in could definitely need some “TLC”, although I’m sure housekeeping did there very best. I would say it’s the management that needs to address the issues.

Portail du parking qui ne ferme plus, porte de l'hotel qui désormais reste ouverte la nuit (en panne sans doute), n'importe qui peux donc rentrer dans l'hotel. Je suis venu plusieurs fois dans cet hôtel avant tout fonctionnait correctement. La ca laisse a désirer je trouve

Très bien. Malheureusement le hall sentait fort la cigarette qur les employés fument sur le seuil de porte pour ne pas avoir à sortir au froid. De plus, les serviettes sont systématiquement remplacées même si elles sont accrochées aux portants comme demandé.

Ont reviendra comme même. Tout aurait pu bien se passer mais malheureusement avec une douche bouchée. nous nous sommes retrouvés avec de l'eau partout dans la salle de bains et chambres que nous avons dû nettoyer avec les serviettes que nous avions euh . il a fallu donc Aller à la réception pour rechercher d'autres serviettes et indiquer le problèmes. Sans avoir eux d'autres solution.

J ai payé pour prendre un petit déjeuner et a 9h15 il n y avait plus rien … plus d œufs de jambons de viennoiseries de pain !!! Du café du lait oui mais rien pour accompagner un petit déjeuner comme il se doit . Le responsable m a indiqué que cela était dû à une mauvaise gestion des stocks . Il faut que je fasse des démarches pour obtenir le remboursement
