Located inside Copperfield, we are proud to offer our new 1 bedroom suite. Everything you need packed in a small space. With all the charm of our 5 bedroom rental, this unit has a full kitchen, bedroom with a king size bed, a large walk-in closet, washer and dryer, and a bathroom with vintage feel. This unique place has all of the beautiful woodwork, tall ceilings, and large windows that the original house built in 1918 features, but it was designed and constructed for 1 to 4 people.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned apartment, which has a kitchen. Conveniences include a sofa bed and a washing machine.

Very clean & quiet unit but the heater did not work the first night & was freezing in the unit as the outside temperatures were in the teens…literally slept in full winter clothes & had to use the extra comforter to stay warm. Owner assured us it worked but when I reached out to him…the next morning he realized the heater fan did not work…he controls everything remotely & did something but the temperature in the unit never warmed up much. Only had 3 towels for a 4 day stay, requested more towels & they arrived on day 3 but there was a washer/dryer in the unit so we just did laundry to have clean towels.

The apartment was very nice and modern. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Two minor issues: this unit is subdivided from a larger overall house, so there is some noise transfer between the units. Additionally, there is a high window that connects the two units (it connects to the stairwell of the other property and the bedroom of the unit I rented. There were no privacy concerns w/ the window, but it did let a significant amount of light into the bedroom which was a bit annoying when trying to sleep. A blackout curtain or other covering would mitigate the problem. I had one issue w/ the battery dying to the automated lock / access system. The property owner / manager was very responsive to any questions or issues I had. 9/10 experience, I would highly recommend.

Best place in Centralia

This place is a hidden gem. This place is very unique and has great history. Try remodel of this place was done with great detail and looks amazing. Highly recommend!!
