This place is a dump and the staff clearly know this as do the better hotels in the area. I was promised a full refund verbally from the general manager and have yet to see it land back in my bank account. So thumbs down for this hotel and Expedia for not "expediting" the refund they have already received from this garbage property.

Front desk was extremely kind and helpful. The hotel is dated. There’s a bit of a musty smell but not horrendous. The beds were really uncomfy - - one of the worst hotel beds I’ve slept on. There were stains on walls and ceilings but bathroom was spotless. The pool was nice and clean except some paint chips on the ground that are sticking up. Hot tub was clean but clearly old. Great location and all the staff was very friendly.

I have balance and strength problems and when standing or sitting at the toilet there is nothing to hold on to. Shower has bars but no seat. Going thru the building, you have to open doors going down hallways, soda machine and ice machine Handicap room on 3rd floor, not to good in case of fire and elevators are locked.
