This hotel was one of the cleanest I’ve stayed in by far, the staff was extremely friendly, and the breakfast was wonderful. I have absolutely no complaints and consider this a five-star hotel for the area.!!!

My stay at Comfort Suites Hotel in Central Valley was a great experience overall. What truly stood out was the exceptional service at the front desk. The staff member who assisted me went far beyond standard customer service—she was incredibly helpful, proactive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was taken care of. She answered all my questions with patience and clarity and made the entire stay much smoother. Absolutely awesome service. The property itself was also wonderful—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the stay. Breakfast was decent—good enough to start the day, but nothing particularly memorable or out of the ordinary. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially because of the outstanding customer service.

This place opened in Dec '25 and was still working out the kinks when we visited. The most notable glitch was the need to wait 3-5 minutes with the shower running before we got any hot water. I'd also recommend the management company figure out a way to mitigate the noise when room doors are opened or closed – our sleep was occasionally disrupted. The staff was wonderful, but they can only do so much....maybe give this place a try in a few months?
