Overall we enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and staff were friendly and kind. The hotel is located in the center of Florence making it easy to access different places. Breakfast was served from 6:30am till 9:30am which we believed to be a bit early, most hotels offer breakfast until 10-10:30am. Anyway we couldn’t really sleep in. Overall we enjoyed our stay and exploring Florence overall.

The staff here is the nicest, kindest people! So heart warming and make you feel like you’re at home. Room was very nice and clean. Great breakfast in the morning!
