the Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. They allowed us to check in before the room was ready and were in contact with us through out the process. They also texted with a welcome and to answer any questions before, during and after our stay. They responded to questions quickly, too. The room was clean, the bathroom spacious. the mattresses were ok, but older. and the ocean views were outstanding. We had breakfast on Sunday and the pancakes and French toast were terrific.

I hate to complain because this is a lovely place and staff takes good care of their customers. However when we arrived they let us know the pool and hot tub were not in use. That would have been nice to know in advance. Then we found out the tv wasn’t working. We live off grid so when we stay at a hotel we really look forward to watching some tv in the evenings. I know some things are beyond their control but a discount would have been nice.

The building sits right on the ocean and having an ocean view room was peaceful listening to the waves all night. The room was spacious and clean. The restaurant/tavern was fun to hang out and watch football while enjoying some cocktails. The food was delicious also and met my expectations.
