This spacious home is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Are you tired of your four walls? Come on down to the heart of Cape Cod for a change of scenery and start exploring. Conveniently located off Route 6 only a couple of miles from Craigsville Beach, Barstable Harbor, and many others. In addition, there is an association lake beach only a short stroll from the house. Association tennis courts are across the street.

The first floor has a large living room with ample seating, a lovely bright sun room to enjoy your morning coffee, full kitchen, dining room, bathroom, a large queen sized bedroom, and another bedroom with 2 twin beds. The second floor has a large master with an en suite bath including Jacuzzi tub. This house sleeps 6 comfortably, up to 8 with the pullout sofa in the sun room.

In addition to central AC, amenities include a dishwasher, washer/dryer, TV, Internet, and a BBQ grill, and deck.
