Charming 3 bedroom farmhouse in Centerview, MO. Close to Warrensburg and UCM.

Lobo farms sits on 20 acres that includes a large pond we use for swimming and fishing. A fire pit is a part of the gathering site at the pond along with a floating dock and paddle boat. You can sit on the front patio and watch the "fainting" goats, ducks and chickens. A short walk takes you to the horse barn where we house 4 horses and 3 donkeys. We love all animals and have dogs and cats at the main house which is in a separate fenced area to ensure their safety. The rental house is a two story, three bedroom with two full bathrooms. Main bathroom has washer and dryer available. It has a complete kitchen/dining area offering a coffee bar with espresso and nespresso machines. Ice maker, air fryer and microwave also on site. The master is upstairs where there is two separate living spaces and a 75" TV that hangs from the ceiling and can be turned to watch from either space. The first living space has a large, deep sectional couch that can and has slept several people as well. Downstairs is the other two bedrooms that each have bunk beds and accommodates our grandchildren when they stay. These can sleep average size adults. There is another 60" TV that is wall mounted downstairs for viewing while sitting at the dining table. Wi-fi and streaming services are free along with all the peacefulness of the countryside.

There's a private patio. A kitchen makes it easy to prepare your meals. A Smart television is provided for your entertainment.
