The property is beautiful but there was a wedding there during our stay. People fighting in the hallway late at night and someone got sick on the rug in the hallway. Staff needs to better monitor common areas. Also guest above us very noisy.

We love everything about this property. The landscaping is amazing with all the beautiful flowers. The food at the restaurants is delicious! We loved the band at the Carousel restaurant, too! The staff is friendly and professional. It was very clean. The views of the lake are breathtaking. We will be back.

The property grounds were great. The only issue was not their fault, but in late summer, algae blooms are pretty ugly around the waterway. If the algae could be harvested to make the area even more pleasant

Very nice property and grounds Major issues with the room Front door had issues closing. Patio door wouldn't close or open easily. Patio area was dusty and filthy. Shower handle loose and hard to manage
