Check in and check out were easy. The condo was in a good location, within a few minutes of the marina and 30 minutes of the rainforest, and 20-25 minutes of Luquillo and Seven Seas Beach, which were beautiful beaches to see. The cleanliness of the condo itself was lacking. There was still trash from the previous renter and we had to purchase laundry detergent and dish sponges ourselves. The AC was also very loud in the living room, which prevented us from using it most of the time we were in the condo.

Overall, our family liked this condo. Great location in Ceiba. Wish we had more amenities like more silverware, pots, pans, grill but if you’re looking to just pretty much sleep there, I would recommend this. Also, plumbing isn’t the best. Both showers were backed up the whole time we were there. Finally communication with the rental management company was a little bit challenging. I think there’s some opportunity for them to provide more clarification on how to get in and out of the property gates.
