The apartment is located in a convenient area, within walking distance of all the main attractions, such as the Ducal Castle and the Collegiate Church of Santa Maria Assunta, with plenty of restaurants and all the essential amenities. It is also just a 15-minute drive from Ostuni and 20 minutes from its beautiful marina. The Ceglie train station is a 10-minute walk away.
The approximately 40-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor of a historic building with a separate entrance from the street (please note there is one step at the entrance) and is laid out as follows:

- LIVING AREA with dining table, sofa, closet, split A/C, and smart TV
- SLEEPING AREA with a double bed in an alcove

Nestled among trulli and olive groves, Ceglie Messapica is one of the largest villages in the beautiful Val d’Itria and one of the oldest towns in all of Puglia. Located in a unique area, it boasts a wealth of natural beauty, from the Mediterranean scrub to the nearby sea, from the trulli to the caves, to the centuries-old olive groves and historic farmsteads.
