It is located on the third floor (no elevator) of a historic building in the heart of Cefalù, across from the Medieval Washhouse, just a short walk from the stunning Porta Pescara and the beach. It was renovated in 2019 and is perfectly suited to the needs of any traveler looking for a refined and comfortable setting.

The Space

The apartment is furnished with antique Sicilian-style furniture and features resin floors decorated with original cement tiles.It consists of an entryway, two spacious bedrooms with balconies, two bathrooms with showers and bidets, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a laundry room, and a living/dining room with a balcony.
It faces two streets at a corner, and from the balconies you can enjoy views of both the sea and the mountains. It is equipped with air conditioning, heating, and super-fast Wi-Fi—perfect for remote work!

Guests have access to the entire apartment, with the exception of a small private storage closet.

The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL), where you cannot drive your own car but may take a taxi if needed.
Since the area is well-served with everything you’ll need during your stay, I recommend using your car only for trips outside the city and then parking it outside the historic center.
