Villa Riccio, a beautiful modern house, is located by the sea, in a quiet position near Cefalu’. Just a few steps away from the sea, the house is part of a small property that comprises of a further house (located at the back of Riccio), sharing the direct access to the sea.
The house is also an excellent base for exploring the beautiful surrounding areas: from the close historic centre of Cefalù to the other quaint villages in the Madonie Park, to Palermo, Monreale and S. Stefano di Camastra, renowned for its tradition of ceramic making.
Designed in a cosy and modern style, the villa (180 sq.m) develops over three levels.
On the ground floor we find a bright living room with French doors that open onto the terrace, a kitchen, one double bedroom, one bedroom with French bed (suitable for one adult or 2 children) and one bathroom with shower.
On the first floor, there is a further double bedroom (King sized bed) and a bathroom with shower.
On the lower floor, with direct access to the outside, a lounge with fireplace, one bathroom with shower and a laundry room.
Outside, there is a beautiful veranda (100 sq.m) with comfortable seating, sun lounges and umbrellas.
