Located just outside the residential and tourist zones, it provides luxurious, comfortable accommodation with private outdoor spaces and a panoramic pool.
The famous Cathedral is about 20 minutes away on foot. At 1.2 km from the city center, the residence is close to a variety of restaurants where locals gather to enjoy Sicilian cuisine and socialize.
The 40 m² loft accommodates up to 4 guests (ideal for 2 adults and 2 children) and features an open-plan living area with a sofa bed for 2, a well-equipped kitchen, a double bed on a unique mezzanine, a bathroom with shower, and a private Turkish bath. A washing machine is also provided. The staircase to the mezzanine conceals a large wardrobe for all your vacation needs.
