Cedar Rapids Getaway

Welcome to our cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment nestled in the heart of Cedar Rapids, Iowa! This inviting space is perfect for a small family (Pack N Play stored under bed in the back bedroom) or a group of friends looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay during their visit.

If you're in the mood for some outdoor activities, you'll be pleased to know that several parks, hiking trails, and recreational areas are within close proximity.

This first floor unit is on the floor and shares a level with a M-F commercial space. The thermostat that controls the temperature is in the commercial space, so please let us know if you have any special requests as we keep it at 72 degrees year round. We do have heaters installed in the living room and Main bedroom if you like it warmer. Upstairs there are 3 additional apartments with two long term residents. The other unit is also an airbnb.

Guests will have access to the apartment and be provided a code to access via a secure entrance door. Laundry is coin operated in the basement.

We live in town and are happy to assist with anything you need during your stay. Messages through the app is the fasted way to get a response!

We have a second apartment in this building that is also an airbnb. If you have another group you are traveling with, we would love to host both groups.

Had to book another because there were not only communication issues with property management, but payment issues on their end. I cancelled the booking, but it still was showing I was staying when I was not. So can't say how it really is
