Arrived and message said to use door code. Tried door code numerous times, went to the office and was handed a key even though the host message said we would have two fobs. Checked in, there was only two towels for three registered guests. Had to go back to office for another towel. At around 6:45 pm we unfolded the pullout couch (where the third person is supposed to sleep) and there were no sheets. Searched condo high and low, still found none, only a blanket and two flimsy pillows with no pillow cases when put together didn't even add up to one pillow. Contacted the host to request we be brought sheets, host said they had all there employees lived over an hour away, but someone would be there to bring sheets. No one over brought us sheets. Messaged host this morning to let them know we were checking out and that we were disappointed no one brought us sheets, and they never messaged back. Host offered reason for sheets not being there last night that when the condo was cleaned for our visit, "it was not on the board there was 3 people staying", even though I had registered 3 people in VRBO. Host also said there was nothing we can do about it at the moment, that they leave the office at 5:30 and do not open again until 9 the next day.
