This property features two spacious King bedrooms, providing ample comfort and privacy. Additionally, there is a Full/Twin bunk bed, ideal for accommodating children or extra guests. For even more sleeping space, the living room includes a Queen sleeper sofa, offering flexibility for larger groups or families.

The living area is designed for relaxation, featuring a comfy oversized couch that folds out into a queen bed, perfect for extra guests. ~ Parking for 2 vehicles or one vehicle and boat/trailer.
-Please be respectful of the neighbors and the area you are staying.
-Do not trespass on other people`s property, this includes docks and driveways.
-Please be careful where you park, don`t block people in, use neighbors property, park on the sidewalk or impede traffic.
-Parties and/or events are not allowed.
-No smoking inside or within 10 feet of doors or windows $250 fine if the property smells of smoke.
-This unit allows 1 dog under 50lbs. Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine for each animal.
-$150/person/day fee for over occupancy limit.
-Please don’t eat or drink anything besides water in the bedroom.
-Quiet hours 10 pm to 7 am per local Noise Ordinance.
-Please respect the check-in and check-out times. $500 for each 4 hours, or portion unauthorized thereof, of early check-in and late checkout.
-Guests are responsible for any damage they cause. If something does happen contact us ASAP and we will see if there’s a way to quickly take care of the issue before it gets worse and costs more.
-Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
-Please do your dishes.
