It was not disclosed on website or when we checked in that there were renovations going on in the front lobby. It was very noisy and dusty. Also, there is no coffee -the coffee lounge was closed-no signage. There used to be a nice shop there with essentials, gifts, coffee shop, etc. The bed was hard.The restroom needs a better cleaning-the flooring and tile.

The property was remodeling and Expedia didn’t mention that the pool and shop inside were closed. The pool was a big reason we chose the hotel but we couldn’t even swim. We did love the newly remodeled rooms with fresh paint and carpeting though.

We were given a "handicap" room. Bed was on the floor. Was very uncomfortable. (Not sure how a handicap person could get in or out of it.) Extremely bad bathroom design. Could not shower without water running out onto bathroom floor. Bathroom sink was odd shape almost no counter space. Did not like that room was not cleaned except on 5th day of stay. Not told that at check in, had to go to desk to request clean towels.

Nice place to visit with Family

Staff is excellent and they checked in to make sure we didn’t need anything. Suite was clean and well stocked. Unfortunately, there were some minor inconveniences (no WiFi, pool & elevator issues, a day without electricity… just to name a few) so I could not give this a 5 star rating.

lt had been a long time since I last visited Brian Head. I decided on the Hilton since it was available at a nice price. The only issue we had was that there was no A/C. I called the front desk and they advised to open the windows. Just outside was a humming of a motor that did not stop. Opening a window only lead to a noisy night. Other than this, we enjoyed the stay.
