This is my third time staying at Waterfront Airport, and I’ve been very pleased all three times. Nice rooms with comfortable beds, and you simply can’t beat the location across from the Cebu airport. When I’ve travelled with carry one luggage only, it’s an easy walk from either terminal to the hotel. But the free shuttle service is very convenient when I’ve had lots of luggage. Service has always been good and fast - the last time I stayed here I was traveling with my toddler and housekeeping was very quick and fast to bring a crib and extra towel and water for her. Food and drink prices are expensive though so I’ve always just grabbed something at the airport across the street.

Room was okay, but it was very dingy. It was hard to tell if this was because of a lack of deep cleaning, poor maintenance, or that the hotel rooms needed updating. The walls were either dirty or needed painting. The carpet had stains. It was a very disappointing stay because this had been my favorite hotel in Cebu, which I actually shared with the front desk at check in.

Very friendly and helpful staff especially Marvin at concierge and Beth in the restaurant. Swimming pool was large and was in a beautiful setting. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. Location to airport is unbeatable, you can literally walk in minutes or take the free shuttle.
