The kitchen didnt have a fry pan but eveeything else. Room was nice would be better if had blackout curtins but overall i always have the best stay i have stayed in all 4 towers over the last 3 years . Its my favorite condoa in the IT Park in Cebu. They are always very nice and help you.

Yes,air condtion is effective the problem is there is hot water but not that hot, fridge is very small,the bed is very hard it hurts on the back.Window leaks,the shower room is very small.And the faucet in the kitchen its leaking also.

Nice little studio apartment with everything we needed. Location is good, close to the mall. Communication was a little slow but they were very accommodating. Check in was a little confusing when they asked who my host was and I wasn't given that information but they figured it out.
