L'Oustal du Larboust

Located in the small village of Cazeaux-de-Larboust, between the Peyragudes resort (slopes visible from the solarium) and Bagnères-de-Luchon, this cottage is perfect for hosting family or friends gatherings for mountain getaways, summer and winter. All outdoor activities are possible within a 20km radius: hiking from the cottage, skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding 5km away, fishing... Luchon is only 8km away; in addition to all the shops and useful services, there are thermal baths, a beautiful aquatic center, a swimming pool, a golf course, a lake, and an equestrian center. The Pyrénées Hô adventure park is 23km away (tree climbing, climbing, etc.) and Spain is 26km away. A children's playground, tennis court, and pétanque court are nearby. Fiber optic internet is available. The cottage is housed in a typical old Pyrenean farmhouse. The pebble-paved courtyard is accessed through a porch (parking for 2 cars is available in front of this porch). The courtyard is surrounded by three U-shaped buildings: - The stone dwelling house, dating from 1856, which houses the sleeping area of the cottage. On the ground floor: a large entrance hall with a cloakroom and library, a pantry (washing machine), and a toilet with a washbasin. On the first floor: three bedrooms, each with a double bed (160x200cm). One of them has its own private shower room/toilet. A large shared shower room/toilet is also available. On the 2nd attic floor: 2 bedrooms (2 single beds 90x200cm) (3 single beds 90x200cm, office), shower room/WC - a barn converted into a living room/kitchen: accessible from the house by a few steps, the barn houses the living room and its stove (built-in kitchen, large table for group meals, comfortable living room, games area, reading area, music area (stereo system)). A covered balcony extends it - and the other barn opposite it houses the covered terrace and the solarium above. Water point in an outbuilding. A low wall separates the 4th side of the courtyard from a meadow below (washing line). In a magnificent valley above the Luchon resort, in a small, quiet village near the Peyragudes slopes, an old traditional Pyrenean farm, completely independent, offering beautiful volumes and a private outdoor space designed to enjoy the view and the beautiful days!
