Very clean condo. The kitchen has everything you need as far as cooking. Very well organized. Comfortable beds with nice sheets. Parking garage was nice. Beach chairs and towels available. A very nice place. The only negative things: the couch needs to be replaced and some of the screens are really sunburned and need replacement.

The condo is nicely decorated and furnished with everything you need. Cayucos is a quiet town with several nice restaurants and bakeries. We could walk to the beach and to several restaurants. It's a very short drive to Morro Bay and to teh bluff trail along the ocean.

The condo was perfectly situated within walking distance of everything we needed (grocery store right down the hill). But best of all the condo was well equipped and so very clean!
