Velento Rentals Management Presents;

This Velento Resort Ocean Front unit has 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms and a comfy queen futon in the living room with a stunning ocean view! The first bedroom is a King bed. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be converted to a King bed upon request. And the Queen futon in the living room accommodates 2 people.

The whole unit has beautiful Belizean hardwood ceilings throughout. There is a TV in the living room and the kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking utensils that you should need and yes there is a Blender!! We have a washer/dryer in each unit as well as a safe for valuables. The bathrooms are all stocked with plush bath and hand towels as well as wash cloths and beach towels.

There is an open plan kitchen and living room with a dining table the seats 6. Access to the unit is from the beautiful over-sized deck that has seating for 6 to enjoy the most amazing sea views.

There is Air Conditioning in every room however the breeze from the ocean is more than sufficient to keep you cool so we ask that you open the doors and windows and keep our electric bills at a minimum so we can continue to offer you the best prices possible!

For your swimming needs we have built a large pool and deck that sits behind the buildings. Loungers with padded cushions are plentiful and the pool is 5 feet deep. In addition we have a beach area with palapas from which extends a 250 foot long dock with a large swim and sunbathing platform at the end with a huge shady palapa. Our previous properties have proven that the dock is our guests favorite place to hang out although the size of the new pool and deck may compete for attention!!

We have a an onsite management team. We rent island bikes for $7.50 US per day/per bike.
The paddle boards are free!
We have bike toddler carriers and pack n play for the little ones.
We also rent golf carts, recommend to reserve in advance.

Could not be happier about our choice in lodging accommodations! Perfect for our needs, on the quieter side, and like everything in Caye Caulker, an easy walk to activities and restaurants. The unit was very spacious and immaculate. The drinking water provided was a great perk. The dock was wonderful with rays swimming by daily and snorkeling revealed more surprises. Too windy to take advantage of the paddleboards and only kayaks briefly but appreciated it was offered. we took advantage of the snorkel fins for fun days on boat trips with CC Reef Friendly Tours (eco conscious!) Capt. Amado Watson. Thank you to the staff and hosts.

We enjoyed our stay. Any questions or issues were addressed immediately, and staff was constantly checking in. Everyone was very helpful, and it was a nice place. We loved having a washer and dryer! They had water in the room and lots of essentials. Very good place to stay

Perfect for our young family!

We had a great stay with two boys under four years old! The location was great as it was out of the busy part of town and right on the beach. It had a well cared for pool! Kitchen was well stock with all we needed. Air conditioning is a big plus. The fridge wasn’t working when we arrived but a maintenance person arrived just as we went walking and they replaced the fridge before we returned!! We had everything we needed!

Fantastic time!

We had the most amazing stay in Caye Caulker. The condo was perfect - clean, great size, amazing view - I couldn’t get myself off the huge deck with the chairs and hammock. The team there was so helpful. When we had issues with the air conditioning they started fixing it as soon as they knew. The pool was great, location amazing and really everything was top notch. The private pier was great, really the best location we saw in the island. Thank you!!

Beautiful new rental! Great location

The rental is new and beautiful. It was far enough away from the busier part of the island but close enough that it's a simple walk or golf cart ride. We rented a golf cart through Management's recommendation and it was cheaper than reserving online. Also was cheaper to have management pick up beer for us than buy it in the store. There was some construction noise. We were told the new buildings in the back will be finished Dec 2019. Most of the island has construction in many locations anyway. Easy to escape the noise by going out to the pier. Great and fun spot to hangout! The sea grass was not cleared from around the pier but swimming was still enjoyable. We rented the paddle boards through management for a few hours. It was fun and cheap! The electricity did go out one night for about 10 minutes. But we were told this can happen if the person working at the power plant falls asleep. We always felt safe and comfortable staying here. This rental was a perfect size for 4 adults. We loved being here during the off-season because nothing was crowded on the island. I could definitely see us returning and recommend this property to everyone!

Caye Caulker Island Getaway

Beautiful property with an amazing private dock. Very clean, comfortable, and easy to walk wherever we need to go. The private dock and palapa are honestly the best on the island. The caretakers are also wonderful and extremely helpful!

Absolutely Gorgeous!

The property was perfect. These have to be 2 of the nicest houses on the island. Everything was as advertised. The pictures online don't do justice for how beautiful everything was. I have traveled and rented houses all over the Caribbean and have never encountered managers as nice and as helpful as Don and Nazle. They helped us with restaurant reservations, arranging transportation, groceries, and anything else we needed. As an owner, one could only hope from someone like them taking care of your properties. I would highly reccomend Velento properties.

We just returned from a week at Velento and the stay was so great. The location could not be better, they have the best dock on the island, the interior of the house is great, and Don was there to help us with anything we needed, including adjusting the bikes for our family members. Highly recommend this VRBO!
