A/C , Queen Bed in bedroom, Futon in Living Room, Kitchenette, TV and Wifi. Quiet and Safe , walk to all, Pizza Restaurant on site . Free Golf Cart Shuttle from Water Taxis and Caye Caulker Airport when you arrive. We have had the other 3 units as vacation rentals for past 2 years, and recently had a long term ex pat move from this unit- and refreshed the paint and furnishings to make it ready for you as a vacation guest.

Modern Ground Floor unit with AC and `finished` walls, ceramic tile bathrooms, and deck access for smoking and relaxing.

Kitchenette have pots, pans, utensils and dishes. The room also have a Microwave,Coffee Maker and good,reliabi wifi connection.

Walk to the sea side in less then 2 minutes, and the main beach in 10.
Pizza Restaurant and Rum bar are on site, outside cold dip jacuzzi for your use on main deck. Free shuttle pick up service for all our guest via local property manager with golf cart.

This is why no reviews yet, in case you are wondering. It is a cute unit and people really like the location and space. While it sleeps up to 4 , if your 2 adults sharing the queen bed in bedroom and 2 smaller children in sofa / futon sleeper- we usually suggest 3 max, with one on sofa sleeper in living room. Please feel free to ask us any questions regards Caye Caulker- we`re loaded with ideas of fun and snorkel , diving, eating etc.

Entire apartment is yours, shared common deck with outdoor furniture and sitting area behind Pizza Restaurant

Property Manager is on island and operates local Axios Coffee shop, if any needs

Best Location, with ease of getting to all of the island and beach at your footsteps, but set back enough for quiet time at night

You can rent bikes for cheap at local store down the street and lock them to your deck, we provide your transport and pick up when you arrive, the wifi is high speed and works well, the unit is AC and with an extra fan.
The neighborhood is safe and fun to walk around night and day- we have great choices to eat all right outside the door.
- Please declare all your guest, so proper linen and towels are set out. Quiet hours from 103:0 at night, and no non-registered guest are allowed on property past the gate. We arrange pick up for you at water taxi and Caye Caulker airports based on the time you tell us. You can reach the Property Manager anytime at her local coffee shop
